Service Description

Learn to defend yourself in a comfortable environment. We teach you basic escape skills, defense mechanisms, weapon escape and tips and tricks that everyone should know. These are group sessions, where the class can range from 2 individuals to 20 individuals. This is a 14 week course. Classes will be held every Saturday, and each class is $15. If for any reason you miss a class or choose not to come, that class will be refunded back to you. *Personal Training Sessions are more beneficial with memberships. Get one today!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 5 hours in advance. If an appointment is missed and there is no notification, a fee will be charged.
